Five Tones Healing Music, Regimen: CD

This selection is specially designed by using one section of music from each of the five tones in an orderly sequence (each section is about ten minutes long). The main purpose is to accelerate the Qi-circulation inside the body, to justify the functions of the internal organs, & to help you relax both mentally & physically. When listening to this selection, you just have to relax yourself & enjoy the music. This selection is also suitable for enjoyment prior to Qigong practice.
