Inside Painted Snuff Bottle: Small

Grasses and insects. One thick crystal bottle in brocade gift box (varied designs). To make an "inside painting", the artist must work on the inside surface of glass or crystal through the mouth of each small bottle. A long, thin brush with the tip at 90° to the handle is used. Our collections are from Hengshui city in Heibei Province. Each bottle is painstakenly painted using traditional techniques of the grand masters. Designs may vary slightly.
