Chen Tai Chi Chuan: Part 9

In Volume 35 the Chen style family form instruction continues, with the third and fourth sections of Lao Jia, or first form of Chen style taijiquan. In the first segment Master Xu will perform the third section of the form in its entirely at normal practice speed. The names of the movements, will be indicated in the narration. Third section form repetition follows in the same format as the prior Volume 34.
