The Liangong exercises are derived from traditional Chinese medicine, massage, external kung fu stretching and Dr. Zhuang's lifetime of experience, as well as his extensive testing as to what led to the development of these notable, unique exercises. This English language video presents Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming and his son, Zhuang Jian Shen, performing the movements.
