Taiji Shuai Jiao

Wrestling is considered one of the four primary training categories for Chinese Martial Arts; the others are Punching, Kicking, and Chin Na. In these 2 videos, Dr. Yang demonstrates wrestling (take down) techniques that flow from the postures found within the form.
