Chen Style Taijiquan Lao Jia Yi Lu


By Ren Guang-Yi. It's a synthesis of the original shadow boxing forms created in the Ming dynasty by Chen Wang Ting. The first routine consists of 75 movements incorporating all the basic principles and techniques including the silk reeling and fa jing movements characteristic of Chen style.
