From 1979 to 1985, Margaret studied this rare Wu style under Kao Ching-hua. Margaret has been practicing T'ai Chi, qigong, and meditation since 1979 and teaching since 1989. The DVD includes: Background on the style, Traditional warm-ups, A demonstration of the 104-movement sequence shown split-screen (front and back views are seen simultaneously), Step-by-step instructions, Principles and concepts. The DVD is 2 hours and 21 minutes long. Chapters and subchapters help viewers navigate through the video.
