How much does it cost?

Normal ground shipping charges:

For Continental US (48 states): First item: US$ 5.50, Additional items: US$ 1.00 each

Canada and Mexico: Please email "catalog@qi-journal.com" for estimate

Other Foreign Countries: Please email "catalog@qi-journal.com" for estimate

Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, PR: Subject to air shipping charges.

Some items have additional charges based on their weight or size (heavy statues, games, large cooking utensils, etc.). These charges are automatically calculated on your order confirmation and will be displayed on your estimates.

How soon will I receive the item I ordered?

Over 98% of all items are in stock at any given time. We always ship items that are in stock within 1 business day, and if the order arrives before 11:00am (Pacific time), it is usually shipped on the same business day.

How long it takes to get from our office to your location will vary depending on the service that you choose and the distance from our office. We always select the best service provider for your order considering the costs, weight, durability, and size of your merchandise order. Regular shipping usually arrives on the West coast within 2-4 days, and 4-6 days on the East coast. Overnight Service or UPS blue (2-day) service is an option for an additional cost.
