In this class you will learn the basics of qigong healing, 5 element theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine and over 25 qigong exercises! Since the focus of this class is on your individual practice, you will be given all the tools necessary to understand the foundations of qigong and establish a healthy and effective personal qigong practice.

Acupressure & The Twelve Officials. This three day Acupressure course focuses on the 12 Organ Systems and Meridian theory of TCM. The Tweve Officials is a very popular course, which covers the history of Acupressure, TCM theory, 100+ points and basic Qigong massage. Students learn location and usage of 100+ acupressure points and 12 meridian pathways as well as a series of Qigong exercises to influence the circulation of Qi (Life Force) within the meridians, to restore and maintain health of body, mind and spirit.
