P1 - Introduction to Medical Qigong (no prerequisite). This first course in our curriculum is a qigong exercise course designed to introduce the student to the basic theories of energy tonification, purgation, and regulation of the body's organs and energy channels, as well as strengthening the body's protective energy field (Wei Qi). Over 20 Medical Qigong exercises will be taught that help the body correct the physical and energetic imbalances. This strengthens and regulates internal organs, the nervous system and immune system, relieves pain, regulates hormones, and strengthens and releases deep-seated emotions and stress.

Live Online Workshop- Qigong for Menopause and PMS: Certified Qigong Master through YMAA, Lisa B. OShea, offers online live interactive 60 min. class. Difficulties with the transition of menopause and with PMS relate to the liver energy and the kidney energy.
