Live Online Workshop- Qigong for Emotional Balance: Certified Qigong Master through YMAA, Lisa B. OShea, offers online live interactive 60 min. class. Emotions are not created within the brain, they happen in the body and the brain analyzes what the body experiences and labels the feelings as good or bad. Qigong exercise can transform the bodys experience of these internal stresses and transmute the emotional ups and downs into a deep sense of peace and balance. In this workshop you will learn specific exercises for creating peace and emotional balance. 1-2 pm.

May 2015

Medical Qigong Therapist Program. The Medical QiGong Therapist certification provides the clinician with the ability to create a practice of energy medicine that allows them to recognize basic energy imbalance and provide basic tonification qigong treatments to clients. This course also provides safe practices for the clinician to build their own qi, for self protection, health and balance. Tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnoses Wei Qi diagnoses are all part of the curriculum and will be used conjunctively with Classical Chinese Medicine (not necessarily 5-Element theory). The student will come up with treatment plans specific to correcting the underlying energetic pathologic imbalance leading to disease.
