The Five Animal Frolics, created in the second century by one of the founders of Chinese medicine, is the earliest qigong still practiced today, and an entrance into how ancient people understood the body and nature. These gentle, highly enjoyable exercises build healthy, resilient energy and mental tranquility. You will learn the complete Crane Exercise for balance and relaxation, the complete Bear for rooted strength, and basic movements from the flexible Monkey, graceful Deer, and powerful Tiger.
