Healing of the Heart - Sheng Zhen Qigong Training with Master Li Junfeng. Sheng Zhen Gong is a method of self-healing, often referred to as "the qigong of Unconditional Love." It involves a series of moving and non-moving forms, all designed to remove negative energy or "qi" and gather positive healing energy. The movements and contemplations of Sheng Zhen Gong help re-create that deep sense of inner peace we experienced as small children. As the body softens, and negative emotions are released, one experiences a feeling of perfect harmony with the universe. NCCAOM 34 PDAs - Certificate Level 1

Radiant Lotus Womens Qigong Personal Health Retreat - According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, if a woman takes care of her health through the different seasons of her life, she will have the opportunity to attain vibrant health and mature with grace, wisdom and vitality. In fact, menopause is considered the time of life when a woman has the potential to fully blossom into her empowered self rather than seeing her life as half-over and hanging on for dear life to the things of youth including insecurities, fears and self-doubts! Having had sufficient time and experience to explore and discern what is right for her, she now has a better idea of who she is and where she wants to go in the next 50 years. She can become a role model for those around her, reflecting back on her life with loving acceptance of the things she could not change, yet making the present moment count by living passionately and courageously in the here and now. We invite you to join me in a Radiant Lotus Womens Qigong program and rediscover yourself in a whole new way.

CHI NEI TSANG MASSAGE TRAINING wKarin Sorvik - Chi, the life-force energy, moves through the bodys internal channels, nervous system, blood vessels, and lymph glands. These systems concentrate and cross paths in the abdomen, which acts as their control center. Tensions, worries, and stresses of the day, month, or year accumulate and are seldom dispersed. These disturbances can cause physical tangling and knotting of the nerves, blood vessels, and lymph nodes. The result is the gradual obstruction of energy circulation, which may lead to any number of maladies including, but not limited to, indigestion, constipation, bloating, insomnia, whole body toxicity, poor skin quality, and an inability to lose weight. Chi Nei Tsang, or CNT, is an ancient form of detoxifying, energizing, abdominal massage. It blends Chinese and Thai massage and meditation techniques, making it truly different from any other healing modality. CNT helps simulate these systems naturally to allow for optimal function and helps the body fight disease and maintain radiant health. CEU's with NCBTMB available.
